Success doesn’t have to mean stress and sacrifice

You wake up in the morning and immediately your to do list races through your mind.

Then you start shaming? Criticizing?  yourself for everything you didn’t finish yesterday.

You’re exhausted (mentally and physically) and overwhelmed before you even get out of bed.  You wonder why you worked so hard to achieve so much only to feel like you are just barely surviving day by day.

I get it.  I’ve been there.  And I’m here to help.

Imagine instead waking up feeling rested and excited about your day.

You put yourself first by taking time for yoga, meditation, a walk, something that renews you.

When it’s time to work, you calmly review your plan for the day.  You feel great and it shows in your focus and productivity.

At the end of the day you’ve accomplished your goals and you’re ready to spend some quality time doing what you love with the people you love.

Hey there!  I’m Pamela James, wife, aunt, dog mama to #MightyMaximo and former healthcare corporate executive who worked hard and did all the ‘right things’.

I also just accepted that stress was the price to pay for success…. Until I realized that the stress was affecting my health (always tired, headaches), my relationships (strained marriage), and my life in general (nothing was fun anymore).

As I starting exploring natural and holistic options for myself it led me on a new journal to become a national board certified health & wellness coach (along with a number of other holistic certificates).

I realized that so many (too many) of my friends and colleagues had the same challenges and didn’t know where to start.

Now I help high achieving professionals who are stressed out and struggling to get through their day to instead feel energized, happier, and more successful in all areas of their lives.

If you are ready to stand up to stress, to stop sacrificing the same things you are working hard for, and to feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically, then you are in the right place.

It’s time to get off the hamster wheel and take back control of your life.   Let’s do it together.

Pamela
